Once you have created an experience and have previewed in on the Envrmnt app, you probably want others to see it now. You can share it with others (who will see it on their own Envrmnt app), and you can publish it to make it available for everyone else to view using your own SDK-enabled app.
For trigger image experiences such as this one, you must first upload a unique and valid trigger image before you can preview, share, or publish it. |
Sharing
Selecting the Share button on the top bar presents a dialog with a URL unique to this experience.
Select Copy Link, and you are ready to ctrl-P paste the URL in any email, chat, or social media. Anyone receiving this link can click on it and view it in our Envrmnt app.
If you later want to prevent sharing, you can turn sharing off here.
Publishing
There are two ways to publish an experience in Envrmnt Creator:
- On the Library screen, select an experience or a folder of experiences. Then select the Publish button on the top right of the screen.
- While editing an experience, select the Publish button on the top right of the screen.
- If that experience doesn't have a unique trigger image yet, Publish will be disabled.
Once published, a pop-up box appears confirming that you have published the experience successfully. The Publish button changes to Unpublish and the check mark next to the experience name in My Experiences changes to orange.
To unpublish an experience, click the Unpublish button.
